Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders are shipped once payment is confirmed, and the candles are carefully hand-poured and cured for optimal burn performance.
- If there is a delay due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.
Shipping Methods & Rates:
- We offer several shipping options for your convenience, including standard and expedited shipping. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Free standard shipping on orders over $50.00, available within the USA.
- Shipping is available to the continental United States and select international locations. Please contact us for international inquiries.
Shipping Times:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (U.S.)
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (U.S.)
- International shipping times vary depending on the destination, typically taking 7-21 business days.
Please note that shipping times are estimates, and we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Once your order is with the carrier, we have no control over delivery times.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package.
- If your tracking number shows as "delivered" but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist you.
Packaging:
- We take extra care to ensure that your candles are safely packaged and arrive in perfect condition. We use eco-friendly packaging materials to minimize waste, including recycled paper and biodegradable peanuts.
- Candles are wrapped in protective packaging to prevent breakage during transit, but if you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 5 business days for a resolution.
International Shipping:
- For international customers, additional customs fees, taxes, and import duties may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.
- International shipping times can vary widely depending on the destination and customs processing.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will work with you and the carrier to resolve any issues.
- If your package is lost or delayed, please contact us, and we can help you file a claim with the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges:
- Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
